My tour guide for English in Toledo Spain was Alexandra (Alejandra). She was very kind and knowledgable. The first downside, and it is quite a glaring one, is the tardiness of the bus this morning due to Madrid’s morning traffic. Bus was supposed to leave at 8:30 am and we left almost an hour later at 9:25 am. A second downfall was that the woman who sold me the ticket mentioned I would be picked up on the street (Gran Via). Again, this was not the case as I had to call the company for them to tell me I actually had to present myself at their offices in small mall (galleria) a block away. An overall restructuring of the tour should also be considered. I would have preferred an opposite order which started in the actual city center and not in the tiny art workshop. This would allow guests to purchase anything they would like from there and take directly to the bus to Madrid—and not have to carry these items with them throughout Toledo. Lastly, I think they need to market their experience better. As the tour is really 4 hours and not 6. The 1st and 6th hours are the travel to and from Toledo.
